CAMP THURMAN has been providing the
best day camp in the Arlington/Pantego area since 1969
and the most effective teambuilding adventures for eight years!
Our mission is to provide for all ages safe, fun, wholesome outdoor
programs, which demonstrate God's love, while helping individuals
discover who they are in Christ.
Right in the heart of the city, we have 14 acres of trees, creeks,
gullys and more! Our "fun in the woods" Day Camp is for children
ages 4 through those finishing sixth grade. The kids are placed in
groups of 10 to 12 children (all boys or all girls), with a
Christian counselor and an assistant.
Our
Evening Camps for 7th and 8th graders give our junior highers a
chance to build leadership skills and discover what fun nighttime at
CT can be. We've added Afternoon Camps
for 6th graders to create a special atmosphere for our oldest Day
Campers, and now we are offering an
Overnight Camp with that unique Camp Thurman touch for our 7th
and 8th graders.
Our
Teambuilding Adventure programs on both high and low challenge
courses offer an experience which can provide groups with
opportunities to build better teams.
