Request a Change in Group Buddies
Changes in group mates need to be made at least two weeks before the camp session begins
.
Requests made during those last two weeks will be considered,
but it may not be possible to fulfill the request once the groups have been made.
Please also read the policies at the end of the page about grouping
before you submit your request.

Restrictions on Group Mates:
The staff at Camp Thurman wants to place your child in a group which will make his/her experience here the happiest possible, and we do our best to fulfill your requests, but once the weeks are full, and the groups are formed, it is very difficult for us to change one camper from group to group without disappointing another camper; so please make your requests at least two weeks before the session begins. Requests made after that time will be considered, but it may not be possible to fulfill them.
Campers must be within one year of each other in age or grade to be placed in the same group.
If you request more than one group mate, please list them in order of preference. It is not always possible to place several groupmates together.
If you request two groupmates, one who is a year younger and one who is a year older, we cannot fulfill that request. All members of a group must be no more than one year apart in age, so you must choose between these two.
Remember, groups are all boys or all girls.
