A request for Cancellation must be made at least two weeks before your camp date. Cancellations/Penalties: A 50% refund is available if you cancel at least two weeks before your session date. If the week you are cancelling has a waitlist, and we are able to replace your camper with someone from the waitlist, you will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations in the last two weeks before your session date.
