Change of Weeks:
There is a $5 charge for Change of
Weeks for the first request; any subsequent requests will be $10
each. If,
as a result of this Change of Weeks request, we move your camper to
a different week, you are agreeing to an automatic charge to your
most recent form of payment.
Once your registration has been
submitted, you are committed to that week. If later, you find
it necessary to request a change of weeks, you must do so in
writing through this form.
No change of weeks will be made by phone. If the week you
desire is available, we will be glad to make that change; however it will
not be official until you receive a Change-Of-Weeks Confirmation
email or you see that change on your MyCampThurmanAccount, so please let us know if you do not
see the change on your account or you do not receive
a confirmation by email. Please keep that confirmation for your records.
A request for Change must be made
at least two weeks before your camp date. Change of weeks during the last two weeks before camp will be
considered a cancellation and re-registration. You will be required to pay for an
additional week.
