Cancel my week

Please explain reason for cancelling week:

Change of Weeks: 
There is a $5 charge for Change of Weeks for the first request; any subsequent requests will be $10 each.

Once your registration has been submitted, you are committed to that week.  If later, you find it necessary to request a change of weeks, you must do so in writing, either through the website, through email, or regular mail.  No change of weeks will be made by phone.  If the week you desire is available, we will be glad to make that change; however it will not be official until you receive a Change-Of-Weeks Confirmation from the office or you see that change on your MyCampThurmanAccount, so please let us know if you do not see the change on your account or you do not receive a confirmation by mail or email.  Please keep that confirmation for your records. 

A  request for Change or Cancellation must be made at least two weeks before your camp date.  Change of weeks during the last two weeks before camp will be considered a cancellation and re-registration.  You will be required to pay for an additional week.

Cancellations/Penalties:     
A 50% refund is available if you cancel at least two weeks before your session date.  No refunds will be made for cancellations in the last two weeks before your session date.
