Group With Changes

Request a "Group With" Change or Addition

Changes in group mates need to be made at least two weeks before the camp session begins. Requests made during those last two weeks will be considered, but it may not be possible to fulfill the request once the groups have been made.

If you would like to request a change or addition to your camper's group mates, and it is still at least two weeks before your camp date, please read the restrictions below and then login to your MyCampThurmanAccount and make those changes yourself.

Instructions for logging in to your account:
         1) Click on the MyCampThurmanAccount link above
         2) Enter the email address you used for your registration
         3) Enter the password you indicated on your registration. If you did not register online or you forgot your password, use the "I don't know my password" feature to have the program send you a password set/reset email.
         4) Use the Edit Information link to review or change information either on your account or on your camper's record. When you click View/Edit link under your camper's name, it will open the fields you filled in during registration so that you may review, change, or add to the information.

Restrictions on Group Mates:

The staff at Camp Thurman wants to place your child in a group which will make his/her experience here the happiest possible, and we do our best to fulfill your requests, but once the weeks are full, and the groups are formed, it is very difficult for us to change one camper from group to group without disappointing another camper; so please make your requests at least two weeks before the session begins. Requests made after that time will be considered, but it may not be possible to fulfill them.

If you request more than one group mate, please list them in order of preference. It is not always possible to place several groupmates together.

If you request two groupmates, one who is a year younger and one who is a year older, we cannot fulfill that request. All members of a group must be no more than one year apart in age, so you must choose between these two.

Remember, groups are all boys or all girls.
