Camp Thurman 2008

There are five steps to apply for a staff position.

1) Training Schedule:
Print off the training schedule (click here) so that you'll know what will be required of you before you submit an application.

2) Online Application:
Fill in the three page online application which begins below and submit each page separately.

3) Receive Confirmation:
Wait for an email confirmation that we have received your online application. If you do not receive that confirmation, send us an email, because that means we have not received your application. You should receive the confirmation within five days after you have submitted the final page.

4) Written Interview Questions:
Print off the Written Interview Questions and fill them in completely and carefully. You'll bring these to the in-person interview. If you are new to Camp Thurman, you'll mail them in advance of your interview.

5) In-Person Interview:
Finally, call the office at 817-274-8441 and make an appointment for your interview with Tychicus, our director Jim Rose. We will be in the office on Mondays and Thursdays to accept your calls. On other days we answer the phone, but we do not have the interview schedule chart with us. Do NOT leave a message. You MUST speak with someone directly. Interviews will be held beginning March 3rd on Tuesdays and Fridays for male staff and Mon/Wed/Thur for either male or female staff. Expect the interview to last at least an hour. It may be possible to schedule a special time in certain situations.
