The Manual has been updated.  All Counselors must bring a copy of this updated manual with them to the retreat.
 
When you print it off, use the multiple-page setting and print 2 pages per 8.5 x 11 sheet.

Assistants need to download it and read it.  CITs will be asked to read specific pages.  Counselors, Assistants, and CITs will all be required to pass a test based on the information in this manual.

CITs - What should I read from the Manual?

During training you will be given more specific information about daily tasks and schedules for both group and activity CITs, but here are areas from the general Staff Manual that you should read in advance:
                    From the Index:
                         Division A.  Sections 1, 2, and 3
                         Division B.  Section 4
                         Division C.  All of this division
                         Division D.  Sections 3, 7, and 9
                         Division E.  Section 1 and 9
                         Division G.  Section 2h and Sections 3e, 3f, and 3g
                         Appendix - all but Section 3
