The work weeks which are indicated on your signed contract are the weeks you are committed to.  We staff each week based on the weeks listed there.  If an emergency arises which causes you to be unable to fulfill your commitment, you must submit in writing a request to drop a week.
If you are a counselor you must first speak with Tyc and get a Prior Approval Slip.  Once that step is accomplished, you may use this form to submit your drop request.

Assistants do NOT have to get the PAS before they use this form.
