         Week Numbers/Dates for the 2013 CT camps:

  0 = June 2-6 (Uncle Bill's)
  1 = June 9-13 (Week 1 Reg Day Camp and Breakout Camp 1)
  2 = June 16-20 (Week 2 Reg Day Camp and Afternoon ETC 2 and Explosion Camp 2)
  3 = June 23-27 (Week 3 Reg Day Camp, Afternoon ETC 3) and June 21-26 (CIT-IT Away Camp)
  4 = June 30-July4 (Week 4 Reg Day Camp and Breakout Camp 4)
  5 = July 7-11 (Week 5 Reg Day Camp and Afternoon Explosion Camp 5)
  6 = July 14-18 (Week 6 Reg Day Camp and GetAway Camp - July 13-18)
  7 = July 21-25 (Week 7 Reg Day Camp and Afternoon Explosion Camp 7)
  8 = July 28-Aug 1 (Week 8 Reg Day Camp and Breakout Camp 8)
  9 = Aug 4-8 (Week 9 Reg Day Camp and Afternoon ETC 9)
10 = Aug 11-15 (Week 10 Reg Day Camp and Afternoon ETC Camp 10)

For CT Adventure Trips, please enter a 0 in the week number and the words Canoe Trip or Outpost Camp and the Date of the trip in the Week Date field.

Information About Cancelling A Week

A request for Cancellation must be made at least two weeks before your camp date, through this form only. 

No cancellations will be made by phone, email, or notes.  Any of those methods can result in miscommunication or lost requests.  When you submit this form, your request is automatically connected to our database, and we have an accurate, permanent record of your request.

Cancellations/Penalties:      


Confirmed Registrations:  A 50% refund is available if you cancel a confirmed registration at least two weeks before your session date.  

If the week you are cancelling has a waitlist, and we are able to replace your camper with someone from the waitlist, 
you will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.


Moved in from Waitlist:  If you have been placed from a waitlist, and you are cancelling the newly confirmed registration within 2 days of being informed of the placement, there is a $10 cancellation fee.


Waitlists:  If you are wanting to be removed from a waitlist, there is a $6 cancellation fee, so there is no refund of your original $6 deposit.

No refunds will be made for cancellations of confirmed registrations
in the last two weeks before your session date.
