From the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy
Psalm 61:2-3 (ESV)
Meeko is a counselor at Camp Thurman and is SUPER excited to be coming back for her fifth summer and fourth as a counselor! She attended camp as a 6th grader and has loved it ever since. She currently attends school at Abilene Christian University and is pursuing a degree in Vocal Music Education. She hopes to someday teach music and instill a love for music in her students. Meeko is absolutely in love with Camp Thurman and everything that the Lord is doing here. She is constantly amazed by everything camp has to offer the kiddos and staff members. To see the light in the camper’s eyes as they learn about God and have the best week ever is something Meeko looks forward to all year. Meeko is eager and ready to be back at camp this summer, growing in the Lord and sharing his love.

Cross 1. Light Pink (Girls) and Blue (Guys)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believers in Him will never perish, but have eternal life.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from all our wrongdoing.
1 John 1:9
Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment of promise.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'
