My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.

James 1:19-20

Memphis

Camp Thurman has always had a special place in Memphis’s heart, as he was a camper himself for 4 years. This will be his 4th summer on staff, as he has worked up from a CIT to a 1st year assistant to a 2nd year assistant to a current counselor. Memphis will be attending Texas A&M University in College Station in the fall to pursue a degree in business. Memphis loves every aspect of Camp Thurman, from the bible studies to the rope courses to the counselor hunt. He also loves playing guitar and video games, as well as going on mission trips.
