Our facilities are conveniently located in Arlington, and we can provide a wonderful outdoor education experience or teambuilding experience for you and your students, youth groups, corporations or clubs.

TEAMBUILDING

Teamwork is an essential ingredient for any successful organization.  An adventure experience on a challenge course can provide groups with opportunities to build better teams.  Through the use of safe, positive challenges, groups can begin to:

* explore ways to improve communication
* build self-confidence
* enhance leadership skills
* embrace diversity
* expand cooperation
* improve problem-solving skills

A total challenge experience begins with icebreakers and group initiatives and then progresses into challenges on low elements.  As the team increases their level of trust, high elements are introduced and participants have the chance to support and encourage one another in testing personal limits and healthy risk-taking.

All programs strictly adhere to the "Challenge
by Choice" philosophy, and each team member
is encouraged to participate at their own
personal learning level.

We are conveniently located in central Arlington.
  Our 14 acres of beautifully wooded outdoors
can create the perfect teambuilding adventure
for your business, school, or church.  Trained
facilitators guide your group through each
challenge and, with the use of debriefs and
reviewing, help the team make the transfer
from the activity back to the workplace,
classroom, or organization.
