New Families

Creating a New Account

First, you’ll be asked to complete Family and Camper Information.

Check your email once you have completed all of this to receive confirmation of your new account and get your temporary password.

Once all of those fields have been completed, you will be taken to your new Parent Dashboard.

Beginning Nov. 1st, you will see an enrollment tab. Before that date the tab will not be visible and you’ll see the notice that “Online Enrollment is not available.”

Click the button below to create a new family account.

Enrolling Your Campers After November 1st

The registration process must be completed by a custodial parent or legal guardian.

Click the button below to go to your new Parent Dashboard

Log in using your email and the password you received after you created your new account.

Choose the enrollment tab.

Click on the camper you’d like to register. Click on Enroll for 2017. This will bring up a page with a listing of all the camps your camper is eligible to participate in (based on the age, gender, and grade you entered when you were creating your account).

Next, choose the camp you’d like for them to attend. Campers may attend a maximum of three weeks each season.

After you have chosen this camper’s camp week(s) and the financial option you prefer to pay for that camp, click save and continue.

Follow the instructions on each page to complete the rest of the steps.

If you have problems, please send an email to [email protected].

Returning Families

Dashboard Login and Information

Go to your Parent Dashboard.

Enter our email address and your password. If you don’t know your password, send an email to [email protected] or call 817-274-8441 during normal business hours or text 817-614-3059 and we will reset it for you.

Take the time to read through the information on the home page, as it will let you know how to use each section of the Parent Dashboard.

Then click on the MyAccount tab. If we have reset your password, click on the Change Password link at the top of the page. Change the password to something you can easily remember, but it will need to have 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.

Once your password has been changed, look at the information under the heading Family Information and fill in any missing information and correct any incorrect information. Be sure to click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Once this info has been entered, it will remain from year to year until you change it.

Now you are ready to look at your camper’s information. Click on the name of one of your campers found under the Campers heading.

This will bring up the information we have for this camper. Please fill in any blank fields or correct any info which is not valid. There are 3 fields you cannot change if the info has already been entered: Gender, Birthdate, and Grade. If any of these three fields are blank, you can enter the information, but if any of them need to be changed, please send an email to [email protected] to have us enter the correct information on your camper’s profile. If the grade is blank, you will not be able to choose an enrollment option.

After all camper info is complete, do the same for any other campers listed. If you have additional children in your immediate family you’d like to add, click on Add a Camper.

This new Parent Dashboard has a great feature which allows you to upload a photo of your child to their account. It is not mandatory that you do that, but we would really appreciate it if you have the time.

After you have finished correcting or completing all of the Family and Camper info, you are now ready to begin enrolling them in a particular camp week.

Enrolling for a Week

Choose the camper you’d like to register. Click on “Enroll ____ for 2017. This will bring up a page with a listing of all the camps your camper is eligible to participate in (based on age, gender, and grade).

Next choose the camp you’d like for them to attend. Campers may attend a maximum of three weeks each season.

After you have chosen this camper’s camp week(s) and the financial option you prefer to pay for that camp, click save and continue.

Follow the instructions to complete the rest of the steps. If you see an error message which says “No enrollments available” that means you have not entered your camper’s grade. Go back to the MyAccount tab and enter it. Then when you return to Enrollment tab the program will offer you appropriate camps.
