I have the strength for everything through him who empowers me.

Phillippians 4:13 (NABRE)

Shave has been part of the Camp Thurman family ever since he started coming here as a camper almost nine years ago. Shave loves the strong sense of community between both staff and campers and continues to come to Camp year after year because it is a safe and fun place for all God’s children to worship and enjoy all of God’s gifts. When Shave is not at Camp he attends classes at UTA, where he is studying to be a mechanical engineer, and participates as a member of the Knights of Columbus.
