Shortstop

Shortstop is incredibly excited for another summer at Camp Thurman! This will be Shortstop’s 5th summer working as counselor at Camp Thurman. Shortstop just graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics. He feels that the Lord has been calling him to be a leader and teacher of today’s youth. He plans to begin teaching high school mathematics and coaching high school basketball and baseball in the fall. Shortstop can’t imagine spending his summers anywhere other than Camp Thurman. He looks forward to being outdoors, playing games, and challenging campers to try new and adventurous things. Most of all though, Shortstop looks forward to sharing God’s love with all of the campers at Camp Thurman this summer. He is excited about all the memories that will be made, and the things that will be learned this summer!
