However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.

This will be Tron’s fifth summer as a counselor at Camp Thurman! Before that, he came as a camper for five years. Tron is pursuing a degree in sports leadership and management at UTA. In his free time, Tron likes to play soccer, watch soccer, and play video games. He loves Camp Thurman because it is so much more than a summer camp, it is a ministry for the Lord!

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believers in Him will never perish, but have eternal life.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from all our wrongdoing.
1 John 1:9
Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment of promise.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'
