Zipster

Zipster is a part of the 2017 Martin High School graduating class and plans to attend the University Of North Texas in the fall majoring in Political Science. Zipster has been a staff member at Camp Thurman the past four years. He loves coming back every year because of the love he has for all the kids and the love of getting to connect with each camper he comes into contact with on a daily basis. Zipster shows God’s love through everything that he does at Camp Thurman. One big thing Zipster loves to do is to come up with new creative ways to share God’s word with everyone that he meets. One of Zipster’s favorite verses is Jeremiah 29:11 this is a verse that Zipster lives by on a daily basis. He tells all his campers that God knows the plan he has for them in their life and only by trusting in God and following him wholeheartedly will they prosper and discover the plan he has for them. A plan that is not meant to harm you but to give you hope and a future. Zipster can’t wait for what his summer at has in store and he really can’t wait to see all the smiling faces of his campers as they have a blast at Camp Thurman this summer.
